Hi! I’m Lauren, a professional hair and makeup artist with over thirteen years of experience creating artful, romantic, and confidence-boosting looks.
I’m passionate about making people feel joyful, radiant, and like the best version of themselves, whether it’s for a wedding, special occasion, festival, or a bold creative moment. I believe makeup should enhance natural beauty, highlight your features, and add a touch of magic and whimsy to every experience.
I love the artistry of makeup; the way colour, light, and texture can transform a mood or tell a story. My work celebrates individuality, self-expression, and the unique beauty of every person I work with, whether through subtle elegance or bold, creative looks. Over the years, my work has expanded into editorial and fashion, including photoshoots and Sydney, New Zealand, and Ahua Fashion Weeks, allowing me to explore limitless creativity while maintaining a focus on each client’s personality and vision.
With a foundation in professional colour expertise from six years at MAC Cosmetics, I have confidence working across all ages, skin tones, eye shapes, and genders — ensuring everyone feels seen, celebrated, and beautiful.
Outside of makeup, I love to create through sewing, painting, and cross-stitch. I enjoy pilates and ballet, getting lost in a good book, travelling, and I will never say no to a well-made cocktail. Life is made even brighter by my two cats, Helena Bonham Catter and Penelope Furrington, who keep me endlessly entertained and inspired.
